Shirley has over 20 years experience in business analysis, initially on motor industry related systems and more recently in CRM consultancy. She has proven to be a skilled practitioner in business strategy development, business requirements analysis and documentation, client interface activities, system test planning/execution and user training. For many years has worked within BS5750 and more latterly IS9001 standards.
Shirley's proven strengths lie in her professional and rigorous approach together with her wealth of experience in analysis and project delivery. She has worked on a number of successful CRM implementations involving Pivotal eRelationship, Microsoft CRM and Clarify eFrontOffice for sectors including Legal Services, Telecommunications, Finance and Broadcasting.
